Our Services

We provide emergency response training and certification through the Health and Safety Institute, formerly known as ASHI.

Classes Offered:

  • Basic Life Support

    • Intended for healthcare providers and emergency response workers to develop or improve knowledge and proficiency in high-quality CPR skills and teamwork for the adult, child, and infant.

    • Conforms to 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines and latest International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation publishings

    • Continuing education hours available through CAPCE and AGD/PACE

  • First Aid/CPR/AED

    • Intended for participants to gain or improve knowledge and skill proficiency in Adult, Child, and Infant First Aid, CPR, and AED usage.

    • Conforms to 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines and latest International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation publishings

  • Wilderness First Aid

    • Intended to teach the certified first aid practitioner to apply their skills in the resource-limited wilderness environment.

    • Meets or exceeds the Boy Scouts of America Wilderness First Aid Curriculum and Doctrine Guidelines, 2017 Edition

    • PREREQUISITE: Currently certified in BLS or First Aid/CPR/AED

  • Stop Life-Threatening Bleeding

    • Intended to provide guidance for assessing, prioritizing, and stopping the most treatable cause of death due to trauma: life threatening bleeding

  • Emergency Medical Response

    • Intended to provide non-EMS responders more depth and exposure to standard first aid training topics to provide richer and more advanced training.

    • Ideal for individuals who are not EMS but may need to provide greater care than basic first aid, such as:

      • Law enforcement

      • Corrections

      • Security

      • Workplace emergency response team members

      • Disaster relief workers

      • Outdoor guides

      • Volunteer firefighters
